Website Changes - Help I'm stuck! PDF Print E-mail
Regular visitors to the website will have already noticed a few changes to the website. The changes have been made to try and freshen up the site, and make the content more accessible by grouping information by the four main goals of our organisation . If you are stuck, this article is a good place to start. It provides more information about the changes, and what to do if you can't find something.

The main change to the website is the grouping of content into 4 categories. The 4 categories broadly reflect the current strategic goals of the organisation  - Competition, Social, Health and Fitness, and Organisation. Each section has it's own list of news items

  • Competition - contains all the information you would want to know about the competitive aspects of Masters swimming. Events are listed firstly by type. All details about an event are now consolidated into one place, so you can see all details from entry form, right through to results, on the one page. Older events are archived. You can also find under this section, national records and top 10 listings
  • Social - covers all the social aspects of Masters Swimming. You can find links to Masterscrawl within this section
  • Health and Fitness - This section contains articles about improving your fitness with Masters Swimming. There are always topical articles, and links to external sites, where you can find more information about swimming.
  • Organisation - This section contains all the information about NZMS - club training times, information on who we are, how to join, templates and forms for clubs to use, and Media releases.

Of course, for NZMS members,  more content is available if you logon to the website. Keep an eye on the menu's down the left hand side. If you get stuck, don't forget that you can use the search facility on the site. Alternatively, the site now has a site map , which you can use to view links to every current page on the site.

The site has been completely rebuilt from the old site - so it is possible that something is missing. If you spot something, then please feel free to contact the webmaster .
