Member logons and paswords |

Logons and passwords to the website are sent out regularly to members, around the time that Masterscrawl is released. Some members have reported issues logging on to the website, and in most cases this is due to configuration issues on the members computer. There are a few things you should try that will likely solve any issues you may be having:
(a) Make sure that your password is entered in capitals.
(b)Refresh the cache in your browser. This is normally under "Tools - Options" or "Tools - Internet Options", depending on the type of software you are using. Make sure that you clear all cookies as well.
(c) Refresh the page (normally hold down the shift key and the click on the refresh icon at the same time) and try again.
