Well another month rolls by, and this month has seen a huge effort put in by some swimmers. It's also pleasing to see that the number of people taking part in the event are increasing, with entries coming through from new people on a regular basis. So if you haven't jumped in and started the challenge, now is a good time to do it!

Our top 5 swimmers are all past the half way point in terms of their first distance award milestone of 500K's, and as a team we have already reached 3,389 Kilometers - a fantastic effort in just 4 months. Remember there is no cost to NZMS members to participate!  So get swimming and put your distances in .

Steven Sexton again takes the honours this month, with a total distance swum of just on 300km's. However Steven is closely followed by four other swimmers, so next months battle for the top place will be interesting

After some "entry updates" Masterton are now forging ahead on their own in the competition for the best club - adding nearly 821Km's into the mix. The remaining clubs in the challenge will need to work hard to catch these guys!! To catch them, let your club mates know about the challenge and encourage them to take part
