The Sovereign New Zealand Ocean Swim Series is back this summer with six exciting events around New Zealand. This event presents challenges which are attainable for people of all shapes, sizes and abilities and gives swimmers the opportunity to experience sea swimming in a safe, fun environment. It could be the chance to swim in the sea for the first time, while others can aim to become an age group series winner.

Each event* in the Series will host four event disciplines on the day - the 200m Sovereign OceanKids, a 300m Tag Team Relay, a 750m swim and a long swim ranging from 2.8 to 3.3km. *Harbour Crossing 2.8km only

The Sovereign OceanKids is open to children 10 years old and under and will include water safety tips and ocean swimming skills from a New Zealand swim team member. If you think the 750m or the longer 2.8 – 3.3km swims are too much for you at the moment, then how about putting together a 3x300m tag team relay – it’s new!

Fabulous prizes are up for grabs in all events and categories including great spot prizes.  All entrants will receive a great sponsor pack and swimming gifts too.
